Attentive personnel is with the front desk receptionist. The breakfast includes good food, such as toast, pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Its location to the restaurant nearby is decent.

The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, excellent bathroom. The breakfast was rich and great with a lot of food, everybody can choose. The accommodation had a central location next to the bus depot.

The room was reasonably large and beautifully designed with central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven.

Very friendly staff team further upon check-out. A particularly good location short walk from bars and restaurants. Also, easy to get to an indoor arena. Short walk from a bus stop, that's cool.

Loved our rooms with all necessities. The breakfast had a wide array of toast, pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The location was perfect and convenient, close enough to good restaurants and historic locations as well as the times union center for a concert.

Everything is fantastic here, had a good stay on vacation. Excellent location near to several restaurants/bars describing the food, centre, and the center of town, it's central. The place to have lunch just a short stroll away from the hotel is Johnny Rockets. The rooms are a nice size and brand-new with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The breakfast is great, the staff are very amiable.

We had a quite comfortable stay in February.

The hotel was located just off Albany for a particular reason, the rail station across the river, and the river. We walked everywhere, the location was good and absolutely perfect, to the main areas. And its a 10-15 minute walking distance from Johnny Rockets, ate there once or twice.

Had a great stay, the hotel is stunningly beautiful and comfy.

The breakfast was great with a wide range of choice. The staff were courteous, with extra attention to the details. Our hotel was in a great and unbeatable location very close to downtown. Café Stagecoach Coffee located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
